PM-Craft was founded by a senior transformation leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex programmes across financial services, public sector, and global technology organisations.
Having led programmes valued at over €500m, built and scaled PMOs from the ground up, and personally mentored dozens of project professionals into senior leadership roles, the drive to create PM-Craft came from a simple conviction: that the most valuable investment any organisation can make is in the people who lead its change.
PM-Craft exists because too many talented project professionals are left to figure things out alone — and too many transformation programmes are handed to capable people who are under-supported. We are here to change that.
